• Child below 5 years may be accommodated in the same room sharing parents at no extra cost.
• Child 5 to 10 years without bed -15% of the Room Rent, with Extra bed - 25% of the room rent.
• Extra bed (Adult) – 40% of the Room rent.

General Policies:

• Rooms will be booked subject to the final confirmation.
• Once the meal plan is confirm it can’t be changed.

Payment Condition:

• After final confirmation of the booking, the 50% of the total bill will be given in advance.
• The remaining 50% needs to be paid at-least 8 days prior to the Arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

• Before 1 month of arrival dates full amount will be refunded.
• If the Cancellation comes more than a week ahead of the arrival, 50% of the Total Amount is charged as cancellation fee.
• If the cancellation comes within a week of the Arrival date, 100% of the total amount is charged as cancellation fee.
• Any amendments or cancellation should be informed in advance.
• No refund for unexpected departures.
• Kindly Note : No refund is applicable for unexpected and unplanned early departures
• No refund can be given for any unutilized services for any reason(s) what-so-ever including ill health, road blocks, natural calamities or any other reason beyond our control.
• Note: Booking is confirmed subject to the receipt of full payment a week before arrival, failing which the management reserves the right to release the booking. Kindly note, the advance paid will be forfeited in this case.
